TOKAT KEBAB
Tokat Kebab is a very delicious food which pertains to my hometown.It is cooked by using lamb,tail fat,aubergine,green pepper,potatoes,onion,garlic,and kebab pita which is cooked privately.It is cooked in special kebab oven.They are chopped in chipping.After meat is seasoned with spicies,pepper and onion,they are kept waiting in order to spit.The ingredients are spitted in special order,and then spits are hanged on the bar which is in the middle of the oven.Finally,it is left to cook.
MADIMAK
Madımak is picked up in meadow and forage.After cuttin under sides of it,it is washed.It is chopped finely.Then it is drained by being washed again.It is mixed with chopped onion,oil and pastrami in the cooker,and then made it wait until the onion dies.Then madımak is put in the cooker.After it waited,bulgur and water are added to it.It is waited by being salted until it cooks well.And then it is served.
BAT
It is made by using green lentil, green onion, parsley, onion, tomato sauce, drill, pırple basil,tomato, chopped walnut, fine bulgur, salt, cumin, and black pepper.Firstly, green lentil is boiled and left to cool without filtering water.Then ingredients are added to lentil cooled by being chopped.Some water is added.Finally, it is served.This food is really nutritious.
TOKAT DESSERT
Chopp black appricot, fig, dried apricot, and dry prune.Put butter into the cooker.After the butter melts,add the chopped ingredients.When it starts to be fried, add lemon water and some more water.Add grape molasses, dib roman, and sesame oil.After it boiled two minutes, mix by adding the currant which you make wait.Put it on plate warmly.Decorate it with cream, ice cream and walnut.Serve with strawberry and chocolate sauce.
